Presenting the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single stage centrifugal chemical process pump, a masterpiece of engineering that adheres to EN 22858 / ISO 2858 standards. This versatile pump is suitable for a vast array of applications across industrial and marine sectors. Efficient and reliable, it handles low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, free from solids or fibrous materials. Key fluids include fresh water, sea water, and fuels such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Whether it's for fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply, treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, or marine uses, this pump delivers exceptional performance.
Introducing our robust and formidable centrifugal chemical process pump, designed for high flow and high pressure applications. This large capacity pump is built to meet the demands of heavy-duty industrial operations, providing seamless and efficient fluid movement.
The innovative long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design offers numerous advantages, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in varied applications.
Thanks to its long coupled configuration, maintenance is a breeze. The pump head can be accessed without the need to remove the motor, simplifying and expediting service procedures.
Designed for durability and continuous operation, this process pump features additional bearings in the pump head. These bearings significantly reduce the strain on the motor, enhancing longevity and efficiency.
Featuring a back pull out design, this pump allows for the motor to be removed while remaining connected to the pipework. This feature minimizes downtime during maintenance, ensuring that your processes keep running smoothly.
With independent shafts for the pump and motor, maintenance becomes more cost-effective. In the event of a shaft breakage, only the pump shaft needs replacement, unlike other market options where motor replacement is necessary.
The thoughtful long coupled design ensures a significant distance between the pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress in case of seal failure.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps integrate world-renowned brand bearings, ensuring remarkable durability and an extended lifespan, even when subjected to the most rigorous and demanding conditions.
To expertly balance axial thrust, our pumps feature dual wear rings positioned strategically at both the front and back of the impeller, accompanied by an ingeniously designed balance hole on the back shroud. However, in pumps where the axial thrust remains minimal, the absence of a rear wear ring and balance hole is permissible.
Our high-precision casting impellers are meticulously crafted to guarantee optimal performance, available in durable materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, ensuring reliability and excellence.
Our product line is generally categorized into two main groups:
1) "Flush" - An infusion of clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber enhances operating conditions. A secondary, smaller port, typically oriented downward, serves as a convenient leakage observation or vent opening.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - A secondary fluid is introduced between two mechanical seal sets to avert ambient air contact with the pumped fluid, significantly boosting seal cooling and overall safety.
It's noteworthy that not all mechanical seals necessitate specialized external flush systems.
Dynamic and Adaptable Flexible Couplings
In contrast to rigid counterparts, flexible couplings adeptly absorb movements such as vibrations and thermal expansions without sustaining damage. This feature makes them exceptionally suitable for scenarios involving unavoidable drive and pump shaft misalignment. Their superior vibration absorption also contributes to a quieter operation. While offering a sophisticated and costlier design, flexible couplings deliver maintenance savings by shielding shafts and bearings from damage and early wear.
Our Semhai chemical pumps, adhering to API standards, incorporate the esteemed API 671 Standard Disc Couplings.
These couplings exhibit reduced reaction loads, superior balancing quality, and heightened efficiency, elevating the overall effectiveness of the entire pump power transmission system.
