Our innovative impeller structure and cutting-edge mechanical seal design enable the seamless transport of liquids containing solids and long fibers. In contrast to traditional impellers, our pump features a single or dual flow-path impeller, mirroring an elbow with excellent flow-through performance. The impeller's dynamic and static balancing ensures stable and reliable operation. This series boasts advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and diverse installation modes that streamline pump station setup and reduce investment costs.

The impeller serves as the dynamic heart of a centrifugal pump. It expertly channels liquid into its center, elevating it to higher speeds through its vanes and propelling it outward by centrifugal force. The casing's collection chamber effectively converts kinetic energy into pressure, crucial for pump performance and efficiency. We offer an array of impeller options for submersible sewage pumps, including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with integrated cutter, each tailored to meet diverse operational requirements.

A resilient copper electric motor, paired with a UL water-proof armored cable, guarantees a stable power supply, enabling the submersible sewage pump to achieve impressive flow rates with reliability.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail set/system, simplifies maintenance by facilitating easy pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipe work. This system includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, plus lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is smoothly guided by one or two rails, ensuring a positive seal or straightforward removal from the system.
