To expertly manage axial thrust, a sophisticated design is implemented: wear rings are strategically placed at the front and rear of most impellers, complemented by a balance hole on the back shroud. For certain pumps where axial thrust levels are minimal, the design is optimized with the exclusion of rear wear rings and balance holes, ensuring efficiency and performance without unnecessary components.

Our impellers are crafted with precision casting, ensuring top-tier performance across materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze. This meticulous engineering guarantees that each pump reaches its peak performance and durability.

Our innovative sealing solutions can be categorized into two primary configurations:
1) "Flush" - This approach utilizes a clean, cool liquid injected into the seal chamber to create an optimal operating environment. Featuring a secondary port typically positioned downward, it doubles as a useful leakage observation or vent opening, maintaining seal integrity.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" - Designed for dual seal systems, this method employs a secondary fluid introduced between two mechanical seals. This configuration not only prevents atmospheric air from mingling with the pumped fluid but also significantly enhances seal cooling and boosts safety standards.
It is crucial to note that not all mechanical seals require specialized external flush arrangements, allowing for simplicity and cost-effectiveness in certain applications.
