Equipped with a unique impeller structure and an advanced mechanical seal, this pump is engineered to adeptly handle liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller, a critical component of centrifugal pumps, operates by channeling liquid into its center, where the rotation accelerates it to a heightened velocity, subsequently discharging it through centrifugal force into the diffuser casing. Our auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is an ingenious slide rail assembly that simplifies the maintenance cycle of pumps within sumps or chambers. It allows for easy lifting or lowering of the pump without disrupting fittings or piping. The standard kit includes a base, a pump adaptor/guide hook, an upper rail positioning bracket, as well as lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is smoothly guided by one or two rails to ensure a precise seating location or facilitate effortless removal.
