Introducing the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single stage centrifugal chemical process pump—your ultimate solution for a diverse array of industrial and marine applications! Meticulously standardized to EN 22858 / ISO 2858, this powerhouse is engineered to handle low viscosity, clean, or slightly contaminated fluids effortlessly. Imagine the ability to pump fresh water, sea water, and fuels like diesel, petrol, and kerosene seamlessly. Whether it's fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining operations, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply, water treatment, pressurisation, grey water management, dewatering, or marine applications, this pump delivers unmatched performance and reliability.
Unleash the power of our large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump, designed to excel with high flow and high-pressure capabilities. It's the workhorse you need for demanding chemical process environments.
Discover the myriad benefits of the long-coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design—a marvel of engineering and efficiency.
Experience the ease of maintenance with the long coupled configuration, allowing quick access to the pump head without the need to remove the motor.
Designed for robustness and continuous operation, our process pump features additional bearings installed in the pump head. This innovative design reduces motor strain significantly, ensuring long-lasting durability.
The ingenious back pull-out design lets you remove the motor while keeping the pump connected to the pipework. This feature translates into significant time savings during service and maintenance operations.
With independent shafts for the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor, only the pump shaft requires replacement if it breaks. Inferior pumps using a single motor shaft necessitate full motor replacement upon shaft failure.
Benefit from the large space between the pump and motor in the long-coupled design, which safeguards the motor from fluid ingress in the event of a seal failure.

Our centrifugal pumps/chemical pumps proudly incorporate renowned brand bearings. These bearings significantly extend the service life of our pumps, even when faced with the most challenging and demanding working conditions.
To masterfully balance axial thrust, our design incorporates dual wear rings, strategically positioned at the front and rear of most impellers, complemented by a balance hole situated on the back shroud. For pumps where axial thrust is minimal, the absence of a rear wear ring and balance hole exemplifies our tailored engineering approach.
Crafted with high-precision casting, the impeller delivers unparalleled performance. Available in robust materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, it assures reliability and excellence across applications.
We categorize into two primary groups:
1) 'Flush' Method - This involves injecting a pristine, cooling liquid into the seal chamber, thus enhancing the operating conditions. Equipped with a secondary, typically downward-facing port, it also serves as a leakage observation or vent opening.
2) 'Barrier or Buffer' Method with Dual Seals - Here, a secondary fluid is introduced between two mechanical seal sets. This prevents ambient air from mingling with the pumped fluid, boosts seal cooling, and significantly enhances operational safety.
Remarkably, not every mechanical seal necessitates specialized external flush arrangements, highlighting the versatility of our solutions.
Versatile Couplings
Flexible couplings surpass rigid ones by accommodating motion such as vibrations and thermal expansion without sustaining damage. This adaptability makes them indispensable for applications with unavoidable misalignment between the drive and pump shafts. By effectively absorbing vibrations, they dramatically reduce operating noise. While their intricate design may come at a higher cost, their ability to shield shafts and bearings from damage leads to substantial maintenance savings over time.
Semhai API standard chemical pumps are equipped with API 671 Standard Disc Couplings.
These couplings deliver reduced reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to normal couplings, ensuring enhanced efficiency and performance throughout the entire pump power transmission system.
