With a revolutionary impeller design and a novel mechanical seal, these pumps efficiently transport liquids containing solids and elongated fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our design employs single or dual flow-paths, akin to an elbow with superb flow efficiency. Coupled with a well-engineered turbine room, these pumps achieve remarkable performance, running stably and reliably after rigorous dynamic and static impeller balancing tests. The impeller is the heart of a centrifugal pump. As liquid enters the center, the impeller's vanes propel it to higher velocities, discharging it via centrifugal force. The casing’s collection chamber adeptly converts kinetic energy into head or pressure. The auto coupling set, also known as the guide rail system, is ingeniously designed for easy maintenance. This assembly facilitates seamless lifting or lowering of pumps within a sump or chamber without detachment of fittings, fixings, or pipework. The standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is directed by one or two rails for secure seating or effortless removal.
