With a groundbreaking impeller design and innovative mechanical seal, our pump effectively transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, this pump's impeller utilizes a single or dual flow-path design, akin to a highly efficient elbow section. Paired with a precision-engineered turbine room, it delivers outstanding flow-through performance. Undergoing rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests, this pump assures stable and reliable operation. Boasting advanced hydraulic performance and multiple installation configurations, it simplifies pump station setups and reduces investment costs.

The impeller serves as the dynamic heart of a centrifugal pump. As liquid enters the center of the spinning impeller, it is swiftly captured by the impeller's vanes. The rotating action accelerates the liquid to higher velocities, discharging it via centrifugal force into the casing's diffuser. This casing efficiently transforms the kinetic energy into head or pressure. The performance and efficiency of a pump largely hinge on the impeller type, with numerous variations tailored for diverse applications.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impeller options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to meet specific needs.

A robust copper electric motor paired with a UL waterproof armored cable ensures a stable power supply for submersible sewage pumps, handling large flow rates with ease and reliability.

An auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is a versatile slide rail assembly allowing for seamless pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber. This facilitates maintenance and cleaning without disconnecting fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. The set also includes lifting chains and shackles, ensuring easy navigation along one or two guide rails. It provides a secure seating location and simplifies system removal, depending on the model chosen.
