With its groundbreaking impeller structure and advanced mechanical seal, this pump excels at transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional designs, our impeller utilizes a single or dual flow-path configuration, akin to an elbow of similar section, enhancing flow-through performance. Combined with a well-designed turbine room, it delivers superior operational efficiency. Thanks to dynamic and static balancing tests, it runs with stability and reliability. The auto coupling set, also referred to as a guide rail set/system, is a sophisticated slide rail assembly. This system facilitates easy lifting or lowering of pumps within a sump or chamber for maintenance tasks, eliminating the need to disconnect fittings, fixings, or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket. It also comes with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, not included, ensuring precise seating or simple removal from the system/sump.
