The WQ series submersible sewage pump is a marvel of engineering, featuring remarkable energy-saving capabilities, superior resistance to wrapping, non-blocking design, and automated installation and control. It excels in draining solid grains and long fiber refuse, showcasing a unique effectiveness.

With its cutting-edge impeller structure and innovative mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional designs, its single or dual flow-path impeller mimics an elbow of the same section, delivering outstanding flow-through performance. The impeller undergoes rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Such advanced hydraulic performance, coupled with high efficiency and various installation modes, simplifies pump station setups and reduces investment costs.

In centrifugal pumps, the impeller is the dynamic core, strategically designed to accelerate liquid velocity through its rotating vanes before discharging it via centrifugal force into the casing. An auto coupling set, or guide rail system, revolutionizes pump maintenance. This cleverly designed slide rail assembly allows for effortless lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber for cleaning or maintenance, eliminating the need to disconnect fittings or pipework. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail bracket, plus lifting chains and shackles. The pump glides along one or two guide rails (not included), ensuring precise seating and easy removal from the system.
