Featuring an innovative impeller structure and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and elongated fibers. Unlike conventional designs, the impeller boasts a single or dual flow-path akin to an elbow of matching section, delivering outstanding flow performance. With an optimally designed turbine room and subjected to dynamic and static balancing tests, this pump assures stable and reliable operation. The impeller, the heart of a centrifugal pump, accelerates liquid introduced at its center using its vanes, discharging it via centrifugal force into the casing. As the collection chamber transforms kinetic energy into head or pressure, the pump's performance and efficiency hinge on the impeller design, with variations crafted for various applications.

Our submersible sewage pumps offer a selection of impellers: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, catering to diverse needs.

A robust copper electric motor coupled with a UL water-proof armored cable ensures a stable power supply, enabling our submersible sewage pumps to handle high flow rates effectively.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, consists of a slide rail assembly that allows easy lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance without disconnecting fittings. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two guide rails facilitate precise pump placement or simple removal, ensuring a positive seal.
