The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered to deliver remarkable energy savings, anti-wrapping capabilities, clog-free operation, automatic installation, and control. It excels in the effective drainage of solid materials and long fibers, ensuring seamless performance in even the most demanding environments.

Featuring a unique impeller design and an innovative mechanical seal, this model proficiently handles liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our single or dual flow-path impeller mimics an elbow with excellent flow-through performance. Coupled with an intelligently designed turbine room, this pump exhibits exceptional efficiency and stability, as evidenced by rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests.

At the heart of a centrifugal pump lies the impeller, a critical rotating component. As liquid enters the center of this impeller, it is swiftly carried by its vanes, accelerated to a higher velocity, and expelled by centrifugal force into the casing, where kinetic energy transforms into head or pressure. The impeller's design significantly influences pump performance and efficiency, with various adaptations available to meet distinct application needs.

We offer a range of impeller options for submersible sewage pumps, including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, catering to diverse operational requirements.

The robust construction of our pumps, featuring a copper electric motor and UL waterproof armored cable, ensures a stable power supply and supports high flow rates in submersible sewage applications.

An auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, facilitates maintenance by allowing the pump to be effortlessly raised or lowered within a sump or chamber without disconnecting fittings or pipework. Standard kits include a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two guiding rails may be employed to ensure accurate seating or easy removal of the pump.
