Featuring an innovative impeller structure paired with a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump is adept at transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers with ease. Unlike conventional designs, its impeller offers a single or dual flow-path setup, resembling an elbow of comparable section size with superior flow-through performance. Coupled with an optimally designed turbine room, this pump operates with unmatched effectiveness and reliability, thanks to exhaustive dynamic and static balancing tests on its impeller. An auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, facilitates the effortless lifting or lowering of pumps within sumps or chambers for maintenance or cleaning. This innovative slide rail assembly eliminates the need for disconnection of fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adapter/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complemented by lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two guiding rails, not included, direct the pump to its precise seating with a positive seal, allowing for easy extraction from the system or sump.
