This pump is standardized to EN 22858 / ISO 2858, ensuring unparalleled reliability and performance. Perfectly suited for a diverse array of applications within the industrial and marine markets, it excels at handling low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, efficiently pumping substances like fresh water, sea water, and fuels including diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Its versatility makes it ideal for tasks such as fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, fire fighting, irrigation, water supply and treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, and marine operations.
Engineered for demanding tasks, this large, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump boasts remarkable high flow and high pressure capabilities, setting a new standard in performance and resilience.
Discover the multitude of benefits offered by the innovative long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design, engineered for optimal operational efficiency and reliability.
Experience the ease of maintenance with the long coupled configuration, allowing effortless access to the pump head without the need to remove the motor, streamlining service procedures.
Built for continuous use, this robust process pump features additional bearings installed in the pump head, significantly reducing motor strain and enhancing durability during operation.
The ingenious back pull out design enables the motor to be extracted while the pump remains connected to the pipework, optimizing time efficiency during service and maintenance.
With independent shafts for the centrifugal chemical process pump and motor, only the pump shaft needs replacement in the unlikely event of a breakage, unlike less robust models requiring complete motor replacement.
The long coupled design creates a significant buffer space between the pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress in case of a seal failure, enhancing longevity and reliability.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps boast the use of renowned brand Bearings, setting a benchmark in longevity and resilience. These bearings ensure that even in the most challenging and demanding environments, our pumps maintain an extended service life.
To achieve a perfect balance of axial thrust, our design ingeniously incorporates wear rings located both at the front and rear of most impellers, with a strategic balance hole placed on the back shroud. However, for pumps with minimal axial thrust, the absence of a rear wear ring and balance hole is a deliberate choice.
Crafted with high-precision casting techniques, our impellers promise unparalleled performance. Available in robust materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, these impellers are designed to excel.
Our offerings are generally categorized into two primary groups:
1) "Flush" - This method involves the injection of a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, enhancing the operating environment significantly. A secondary, smaller, downward-oriented port serves as both a leakage observation and vent opening, assuring optimal operation.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" used with dual seals - Here, a secondary fluid is ingeniously channeled into the space between two sets of mechanical seals. This prevents ambient air from interacting with the pumped fluid, boosts seal cooling, and significantly amplifies safety.
Noteworthy is the fact that not all mechanical seals necessitate special external flush arrangements, making our solutions versatile.
Flexible couplings
Flexible couplings stand in contrast to their rigid counterparts, offering the exceptional ability to accommodate movements like vibrations and thermal expansion without sustaining damage. Perfect for scenarios with unavoidable misalignment between drive and pump shafts, these couplings absorb vibrations effectively, reducing excessive operational noise. Despite their complex and costly design, the long-term maintenance savings they provide by protecting shafts and bearings from damage and premature wear make them a worthwhile investment.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps are equipped with API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, epitomizing precision and reliability.
These couplings exhibit lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to conventional couplings, thus elevating overall efficiency and effectiveness in pump power transmission.
