The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with exceptional energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping technology, and non-clogging functionality. It features auto-installation and auto-control systems, providing unparalleled efficiency in handling solid grains and long-fiber waste, ensuring seamless drainage.

Utilizing a unique impeller design coupled with an innovative mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. This impeller, either single or dual flow-path, enhances flow-through performance akin to an elbow of the same section. With a well-designed turbine room, the pump operates with remarkable effectiveness. Dynamic and static balancing tests ensure the impeller's stability and reliability. Advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, diverse structures, and installation options simplify pump station design and reduce investment costs.

The impeller, the heart of a centrifugal pump, masterfully accelerates liquid from the center to a higher velocity, converting kinetic energy into pressure through centrifugal force. Various impeller designs cater to specific applications, crucially impacting pump performance and efficiency.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impeller options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to meet specific operational needs.

A robust copper electric motor, complemented by a UL water-proof armored cable, guarantees a stable power supply for submersible sewage pumps, enabling high flow rates and reliable performance.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, is an ingenious assembly allowing seamless lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber, facilitating effortless cleaning or maintenance without disconnecting fittings. This set typically includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, one or two guiding rails direct the pump to its optimal seating location for a positive seal or enable easy removal.
