The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with exceptional energy-saving capabilities, featuring anti-wrapping, non-clogging properties, and the convenience of auto-installation and auto-control. This pump is uniquely effective in managing the drainage of solid grains and long fiber waste, catering to diverse sewage disposal needs.

Utilizing an innovative impeller design and a fresh mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Its impeller, crafted with a unique single or dual flow-path similar to an elbow, ensures superior flow-through performance. Paired with a well-designed turbine room, the pump operates with remarkable efficiency. Dynamic and static balancing tests further guarantee its stable and reliable performance, offering advanced hydraulic efficiency and flexible installation options, ultimately optimizing the pump station and reducing investment costs.

The impeller is the heart of a centrifugal pump, where liquid is first directed to the center and then accelerated outward by the impeller's vanes due to centrifugal force. This creates a higher velocity and discharges the liquid into the diffuser, where kinetic energy is converted into increased head or pressure. The performance and efficiency of a pump largely depend on the impeller type, with various designs available to accommodate different applications.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a variety of impeller options, including the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with a cutter, each designed to excel in specific scenarios.

The auto coupling set, also referred to as a guide rail set/system, is a convenient slide rail assembly designed to facilitate the easy lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber. It allows for maintenance or cleaning without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, allowing precise seating or easy removal from the system or sump.
