The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with features that include remarkable energy-saving capabilities, anti-wrapping protection, non-blocking operation, and seamless auto-installation and control. It is particularly effective in draining solid particles and long-fiber waste, setting a new benchmark in pump performance.

Employing an innovative impeller design alongside a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids with solids and long fibers. Its impeller, boasting a single or dual flow-path akin to an efficient elbow design, is crafted for excellent flow-through performance. Enhanced by a well-designed turbine room, it delivers superior hydraulic efficiency. The dynamic and static balance tests ensure stable and reliable operation, offering advanced performance across multiple structural and installation modes, thereby streamlining pump station setups and optimizing investment.

The impeller, a critical component of a centrifugal pump, is ingeniously designed to enhance liquid movement. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it is swiftly accelerated by the vanes, gaining velocity and then being expelled into the casing through centrifugal force. This casing efficiently transforms the kinetic energy into head or pressure. Pump performance and efficiency are largely contingent on the impeller type, with specialized variations available to accommodate diverse applications.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impeller options including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each tailored for specific operational needs.

A robust copper electric motor paired with a UL water-proof armored cable ensures a stable power supply, making our submersible sewage pumps capable of handling large flow rates with ease and reliability.

The auto coupling set, also referred to as a guide rail set/system, is a sophisticated slide rail assembly designed for effortless pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber. It facilitates maintenance or cleaning without disconnecting any fittings, fixings, or pipe work. A standard kit comprises a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating with positive sealing or enabling straightforward removal from the system/sump.
