Introducing the SLZ end suction, long coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump, a marvel of engineering excellence standardized to EN 22858 / ISO 2858. Designed to meet a myriad of industrial and marine needs, this pump seamlessly handles low viscosity clean or slightly contaminated fluids, devoid of solid or fibrous impurities. Its versatility is paramount, adeptly managing the transfer of fresh water, sea water, and fuels such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene. Whether it's fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, firefighting, irrigation, water supply, water treatment, pressurization, greywater management, dewatering, or marine applications, this robust pump is your go-to solution.
This imposing, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump boasts remarkable capabilities, delivering high flow and high pressure to cater to your most demanding tasks.
The remarkable long coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design offers a plethora of benefits that enhance efficiency and reliability.
Thanks to its long coupled configuration, maintenance is a breeze; the pump head is easily accessible without the hassle of removing the motor.
Engineered for endurance, this process pump is incredibly robust, featuring additional bearings in the pump head that significantly alleviate the operational strain on the motor, promoting continuous use.
The innovative back pull-out design facilitates seamless motor removal while the pump remains connected to the pipework, saving valuable time during servicing and maintenance.
Designed with independent pump and motor shafts, this centrifugal chemical process pump ensures that only the pump shaft needs replacement if it breaks, unlike lesser robust alternatives that necessitate entire motor replacement.
The ingenious long coupled design provides ample space between the pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from fluid ingress in the unfortunate event of a seal failure.

Our centrifugal and chemical pumps proudly feature renowned brand bearings, ensuring remarkable durability and exceptional performance even amidst the most challenging conditions. Experience unparalleled reliability and a longer service life with our pumps, meticulously crafted to withstand harsh environments.
To expertly manage axial thrust, our impellers are ingeniously designed with wear rings positioned both at the fore and aft, complemented by a strategically placed balance hole on the back shroud. For pumps where axial thrust is minimal, these enhanced features are unnecessary, streamlining the design without compromising efficiency.
Our high-precision casting impellers deliver consistent, high-performance results, available in robust materials like cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze. This guarantees durability and adaptability across various demanding applications.
Mechanical seals are divided into two primary groups, each offering distinct advantages:
1) "Flush" - A stream of clean, cool liquid is introduced into the seal chamber, optimizing its operating conditions. A secondary, downward-facing port serves as a vital spot for leak detection or venting, enhancing reliability.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" used with dual seals - This involves feeding a secondary fluid between two mechanical seals, effectively preventing ambient air contact with the pumped fluid. This not only boosts seal cooling but also significantly enhances safety during operations.
It's important to note that not all mechanical seals necessitate special external flush systems, highlighting the versatility and adaptability of our sealing solutions.
Flexible couplings
Flexible couplings offer a remarkable solution to accommodate movements such as vibrations and thermal expansion, unlike their rigid counterparts. Ideal for scenarios involving slight misalignments between drive and pump shafts, they excel in absorbing vibrations, thus reducing operational noise significantly. Although their design is more intricate and costlier, the benefits of safeguarding shafts and bearings from damage and premature wear translate into long-term maintenance savings.
Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps incorporate the esteemed API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, epitomizing engineering excellence.
These couplings boast reduced reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to standard couplings, ensuring higher efficiency and effectiveness of the entire pump power transmission system.
