This pump boasts a pioneering impeller design and novel mechanical seal, expertly engineered to handle liquids with solids and long fibers efficiently. Its unique single or dual flow-path impeller mirrors the contours of an elbow, ensuring superior flow-through performance. Complemented by a sophisticated turbine room and subjected to thorough dynamic and static balancing tests, it operates with unrivaled stability and reliability. The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, revolutionizes maintenance by allowing straightforward lifting or lowering of pumps within sumps or chambers without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. A comprehensive kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the system utilizes one or two guiding rails (not included) to ensure precise seating or effortless removal of the pump.
