The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered with a standout energy-saving design, featuring anti-wrap, non-blocking, auto-installation, and auto-control capabilities. This pump's unique impeller structure and innovative mechanical seal allow for the effective transportation of liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our design features a single or dual flow-path mimicking an elbow's form, ensuring exceptional flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-designed turbine room and dynamic-static balancing tests, this pump operates with impressive stability and reliability. At the heart of our centrifugal pump lies the impeller, a pivotal rotating component. As liquid enters the center of the impeller, it is captured and accelerated by the vanes, then released at a higher velocity through centrifugal force into the diffuser. This process converts kinetic energy into head pressure. The pump's efficiency and performance largely depend on the impeller's design, which we have refined for diverse applications.

Our submersible sewage pumps feature a variety of impeller options, including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, ensuring a perfect fit for your specific needs.

Equipped with a robust copper electric motor and UL-certified water-proof armored cable, our submersible sewage pumps ensure a reliable and stable power supply, suitable for applications demanding substantial flow rates.

The auto coupling set, also known as the guide rail set/system, is ingeniously designed to facilitate effortless pump maintenance. It allows the pump to be smoothly raised or lowered within a sump or chamber for cleaning or repair without disconnecting fittings or pipe work. A standard kit includes a base ("duckfoot" or "pedestal"), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is directed by one or two rails, ensuring correct seating or easy removal from the system/sump.
