Thanks to its innovative impeller structure and advanced mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional designs, its impeller features a single or dual flow-path configuration, akin to an elbow with exceptional flow-through performance. Combined with a well-designed turbine room, this results in highly effective operation. Rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests ensure the impeller runs smoothly and reliably. With advanced hydraulic performance and high efficiency, this pump offers diverse structures and installation modes, streamlining pump station design and reducing investment.

Our range of submersible sewage pump impellers includes vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type options. Each design caters to specific needs, enhancing the versatility and efficiency of our pump offerings.

The robust copper electric motor and UL waterproof armored cable are crafted to provide a stable power supply, ensuring the submersible sewage pump can handle large flow rates with unwavering performance and reliability.

The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, facilitates easy maintenance by allowing seamless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber. This system eliminates the need for disconnecting fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, accompanied by lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, not included, to its seating location, ensuring a positive seal and straightforward system removal.
