Engineered for durability, this process pump is built for continuous operation. Additional bearings in the pump head significantly reduce the strain on the motor, ensuring a robust performance over time.
The innovative back pull-out design allows for the removal of the motor while the pump remains connected to the pipework, greatly enhancing efficiency during servicing and maintenance.
Featuring independent shafts for the pump and motor, this design ensures that only the pump shaft needs replacement in case of breakage, unlike less durable market alternatives that require a complete motor replacement.
The exceptional long coupled design provides ample space between the pump and motor, safeguarding the motor from potential fluid ingress in the unlikely event of a seal failure.

In scenarios where axial thrust is minimal, the need for a rear wear ring and balance hole is elegantly negated.

A Comprehensive Overview: There are generally two main groups:
1) "Flush" - This technique introduces pristine, cool liquid into the seal chamber, enhancing the operational conditions. A secondary, smaller port, typically oriented downward, is provided for leakage observation or venting.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for dual seals - A secondary fluid is delivered to the space between dual mechanical seals, acting as a barrier to prevent ambient air from contacting the pumped fluid, improving seal cooling, and bolstering safety.
Essential Insight: It's important to note that not all mechanical seals demand special external flush arrangements.
