This pump is specially engineered to handle the drainage of solid grains and long fiber waste with unmatched performance.

Our pump boasts an innovative impeller design and a cutting-edge mechanical seal that excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, ours features a single or dual flow-path design, akin to a perfectly streamlined elbow, offering remarkable flow-through performance. When paired with an optimally designed turbine room, this pump ensures stable and reliable operation, confirmed by dynamic and static balancing tests. It provides advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile structural and installation options, significantly reducing pump station complexity and investment costs.

Within centrifugal pumps, the impeller is the heart of the operation. As liquid enters the center of the spinning impeller, it is swiftly captured by the vanes and accelerated, then propelled by centrifugal force into the casing. The auto coupling set, or guide rail system, simplifies maintenance by allowing easy lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber without any disconnections. A typical kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on your model choice, one or two rails guide the pump to its precise location, ensuring a positive seal or facilitating straightforward removal.
