The WQ series submersible sewage pump is designed to offer exceptional energy efficiency, protection against wrapping, and non-blocking capabilities. It is equipped for auto-installation and auto-control, serving as an effective solution for the drainage of solid particles and long fiber debris.

By introducing a distinctive impeller structure and a novel mechanical seal, this pump is adept at transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, our design employs a single or dual flow-path similar to an elbow of the same section, providing outstanding flow-through performance. This pump, thanks to its advanced hydraulic performance and comprehensive installation options, ensures efficient operation, simplifies pump station design, and minimizes investment costs.

The impeller, a pivotal element in centrifugal pumps, harnesses the power of rotational motion. As liquid enters the center of this rotating component, it is captured by the impeller's vanes, accelerated to a higher velocity, and propelled by centrifugal force into the diffuser case. This dynamic process efficiently converts kinetic energy into head or pressure, with the impeller's type playing a crucial role in determining the pump's performance and efficiency. Variations in impeller design cater to diverse application needs.

For the impeller of our submersible sewage pumps, we offer several options: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each designed to meet specific application requirements.

Our powerful copper electric motor paired with a UL-certified armored waterproof cable guarantees a stable power supply for our submersible sewage pumps, delivering impressive flow rates.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail system, is an ingenious mechanism that enables effortless lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance without dismantling. Comprising a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, it simplifies operations. Included are lifting chains and shackles, while the pump is directed by one or two rails to ensure seamless seating or removal.
