Our diesel engines span various power ranges, such as the ION power series from 415 kW to 920 kW and the ICXN power series from 377 kW to 836 kW, all adhering meticulously to ISO 3046-1 standards. These engines are meticulously approved for driving centrifugal pumps at variable speeds, with power consumption efficiently aligned with the respective propeller curve. The hardy SEMHAI diesel engines, specifically crafted for pump drives, stand out for their reliability, fuel efficiency, and long-lasting performance. 1. Featuring Three Exemplary Starting Functions for Optimal Performance:
(1). Manual Start Function: Seamlessly achieve manual-start functionality with manual-automatic interlock via the switch.
(2). Automatic-Manual Functions: Allowance for three starting attempts, with a "starter failure alarm" triggered if starting is unsuccessful after three tries. Post successful initiation, the time to reach rated load ranges from 5-10-15 seconds, varying by unit capacity.
(3). Emergency Manual Direct Start Function: In case of self-controlled device failure, the emergency manual direct start function can be manually activated.
2. Automatic Operation: When the pump unit receives a valid fire signal, the diesel fire pump will automatically commence operation. Should the pump be unable to start normally due to power supply system issues, it will automatically switch back to the electric pump once power is restored or electric pumps can operate smoothly.
3. Automatic Shutdown: The diesel fire-fighting pump will automatically delay and shut down once the fire signal dissipates, ensuring safe operations.
4. Battery Self-Charge Function: The battery is automatically recharged using the diesel engine's electrical mains power, guaranteeing a smooth unit start-up.
5. Comprehensive Indicating System: The system provides indicators for readiness to start, manual start, automatic start, unit operation, unit shutdown, battery charging, overspeed, low oil pressure of lubrication oil, low oil pressure of turbocharger, low oil temperature of engine lubricating, high water temperature of the cooling system, low battery voltage, and low fuel level, ensuring complete operational transparency and regular inspections.

Robust Alarm or Protection System: This includes alarms or protections for failure start after three attempts, overspeed, low lubricant oil pressure, low oil pressure of turbocharger, high cooling water temperature, low lubricating oil temperature, automatic charging device failure, low battery voltage, high battery voltage, and low fuel level, ensuring safety and reliability.
7. Exceptional Display Systems: Real-time monitoring of engine oil pressure, engine speed, battery charge current, and battery charging voltage.
