The WQ series submersible sewage pump is engineered to deliver a remarkable energy-saving effect, along with wrapping-proof and non-blocking capabilities. It features automatic installation and control, making it an ideal choice for efficiently draining solid grains and long-fiber refuse.

Equipped with an innovative impeller structure and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, the pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, this pump's impeller boasts a single or dual flow-path form, akin to an elbow of the same section, offering excellent flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-designed turbine room, it ensures highly effective operation. Rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests ensure that it runs stably and reliably. This series showcases advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and multiple structural and installation options, making it a cost-effective solution by simplifying pump station setups and saving on investment.

In a centrifugal pump, the impeller is the pivotal rotating component. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it is propelled outward by the impeller's vanes, gaining velocity through rotation and being discharged by centrifugal force into the casing (diffuser). This collection chamber expertly transforms much of the Kinetic Energy into Head or Pressure. The pump's performance and efficiency are largely dictated by the impeller type, with various adaptations available to cater to specific applications.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a selection of impeller types, including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, each tailored to enhance performance in different scenarios.

The robust copper electric motor and UL water-proof armored cable are integral to ensuring a stable power supply for the submersible sewage pump, supporting its capability for high flow rates.

The auto coupling set, often referred to as a guide rail system, is an ingenious slide rail assembly that facilitates the effortless lifting or lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber for cleaning or maintenance, eliminating the need to disconnect fittings, fixtures, or pipe work. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the model selected, the pump is guided via one or two rails (not included) to ensure precise seating with a positive seal or straightforward removal from the system/sump.
