The WQ series submersible sewage pump boasts a remarkable energy-saving performance, with features like clog-resistance, auto-installation, auto-control, and exceptional capabilities in handling solid grains and long fiber waste.

Featuring a unique impeller design and a cutting-edge mechanical seal, this pump efficiently transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, its single or dual flow-path design mirrors an elbow shape, enhancing flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-designed turbine room, it ensures stable and reliable operation verified by dynamic and static balancing tests. This series offers advanced hydraulic performance, superb efficiency, versatile structures, and installation modes, streamlining pump stations and optimizing investment.

The impeller is the heart of a centrifugal pump, accelerating liquids with its rotating vanes and discharging them via centrifugal force. This conversion of kinetic energy into pressure or head relies heavily on impeller type, with various designs tailored to different applications to maximize pump performance and efficiency.

For submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impeller options, including vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and impeller with cutter type, to suit diverse needs.

Our pumps are powered by a robust copper electric motor, complemented by a UL water-proof armored cable, which secures a stable power supply even for pumps with high flow rates.

Our auto coupling set, often referred to as a guide rail system, streamlines pump maintenance. This slide rail assembly allows easy lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber without disconnecting fittings or pipework. A standard kit includes a base, pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail bracket, lifting chains, and shackles, ensuring the pump is properly seated with a positive seal or easily removed for maintenance.
