This pump boasts auto-installation and auto-control features, delivering exceptional drainage for solid grains and long fiber waste.

Empowered by a distinctive impeller structure and novel mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller, designed with single or dual flow-paths akin to an elbow of identical section, ensures superior flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-crafted turbine room, this pump guarantees outstanding operational efficiency. Rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests on the impeller ensure stable and reliable performance, making this series a leader in advanced hydraulic performance, efficiency, and varied structural and installation options. The impeller, a pivotal component of a centrifugal pump, captures liquid at its center and enhances its velocity through its rotating vanes. This kinetic energy is transformed into Head or Pressure in the casing's collection chamber. For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a selection of impeller types: vortex, semi-open channel, non-clog closed, and non-clog impeller with cutter options. Each type is engineered to maximize performance and address specific operational requirements.

Our robust submersible sewage pumps are powered by a durable copper electric motor and a UL water-proof armored cable, ensuring a stable power supply even for pumps handling large flow rates.

The auto coupling set, synonymous with the guide rail set/system, is a sophisticated apparatus that permits the seamless lifting and lowering of a pump within a sump or chamber. This is achieved without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework, facilitating effortless maintenance. A typical kit includes a 'duckfoot' or pedestal base, pump adaptor/guide hook, upper rail positioning bracket, lifting chains, and shackles. Depending on the model, one or two guiding rails direct the pump to its precise seating, securing a positive seal and enabling easy removal when necessary.
