The WQ series submersible sewage pump is ingeniously engineered with energy-saving features, clog-resistant technology, automatic installation, and control capabilities. This cutting-edge pump is exceptionally effective for draining solid grains and dealing with long fiber debris, offering unmatched efficiency and reliability.

With an innovatively structured impeller and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump excels in transporting liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional designs, the impeller employs a single or dual flow-path, akin to an elbow of the same section, delivering superb flow-through performance. Coupled with a thoughtfully designed turbine chamber, the pump operates with remarkable efficiency. The impeller, rigorously tested for dynamic and static balance, ensures stable and dependable operation. This series boasts advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and a variety of structural and installation options, thus streamlining the pump station while significantly reducing investment costs.

The impeller, a pivotal component of a centrifugal pump, functions by drawing liquid into its center, where it is swiftly propelled by the vanes, gaining velocity through rotation. This liquid is then expelled by centrifugal force into the casing (diffuser). The collection chamber ingeniously transforms much of this kinetic energy (velocity-driven) into pressure or head. The impeller's design is crucial to the pump's performance and efficiency, with various configurations tailored to a plethora of applications.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer an array of impeller options including vortex, semi-open channel, non-clog closed, and non-clog with cutter type.

The submersible sewage pump is powered by a robust copper electric motor, complemented by a UL waterproof armored cable, ensuring a consistent and reliable power supply for high-flow applications.

The auto coupling set, also known as the guide rail system, is an efficient slide rail assembly. It facilitates the effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning, eliminating the need for disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipe work. A standard kit includes a base (often a 'duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket. It also comes with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails—rails not included—ensuring it reaches its precise seating location with a positive seal or can be removed effortlessly from the system/sump.
