This pump excels in the efficient drainage of solid grains and long fiber debris, offering a unique solution for modern wastewater management.

Engineered with a distinctive impeller structure and an innovative mechanical seal, our pump effortlessly transports liquids containing solids and long fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, ours features a single or dual flow-path design akin to a well-crafted elbow, promising exceptional flow-through performance. Coupled with a precisely engineered turbine room, the pump operates with remarkable efficacy. The dynamic and static balancing test on the impeller ensures stable and reliable operation. This pump series boasts advanced hydraulic performance, heightened efficiency, versatile structures, and diverse installation modes, thereby simplifying pump station setups and optimizing investment benefits.

The impeller, a pivotal component of a centrifugal pump, harnesses the kinetic energy of liquid introduced at its center. The impeller's vanes accelerate the liquid, which is then discharged through centrifugal force into the case (diffuser). The casing's collection chamber adeptly converts kinetic energy into head or pressure. Pump performance and efficiency are predominantly influenced by the impeller type, with variations tailored for specific applications.

For our submersible sewage pumps, we offer a range of impellers, including the vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type, providing versatile solutions to meet diverse application demands.

Our pumps feature a robust copper electric motor paired with a UL waterproof armored cable, ensuring a stable power supply even at high flow rates for submersible sewage pumps, guaranteeing optimal performance.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail set/system, is a sophisticated slide rail assembly allowing easy pump lifting or lowering within a sump or chamber for maintenance without disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipework. A standard kit includes a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook, and upper rail positioning bracket, along with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the chosen model, the pump is guided by one or two rails, ensuring precise seating location and simple removal from the system or sump.
