Introducing the SLZ end suction, long-coupled, single-stage centrifugal chemical process pump! This remarkable piece of engineering adheres to EN 22858 / ISO 2858 standards, poised to meet a vast array of demands across industrial and marine markets. Designed for precision and efficiency, it adeptly handles low-viscosity fluids, whether clean or slightly contaminated, free from fibrous and solid impurities. Ideal for transferring fresh or seawater, as well as fuels like diesel, petrol, and kerosene, its impressive versatility extends to applications such as fuel transfer, chemical processing, energy plants, mining, firefighting, irrigation, water supply and treatment, pressurization, grey water management, dewatering, and marine operations.
This is a formidable, heavy-duty centrifugal chemical process pump engineered to deliver high flow rates and withstand high pressures, making it an indispensable asset for demanding applications.
Experience unparalleled benefits with our long-coupled centrifugal chemical process pump design, crafted for optimal functionality and ease of use.
The long-coupled configuration ensures unparalleled ease of maintenance, allowing effortless access to the pump head without necessitating motor removal.
Built for resilience and continuous use, this robust process pump features additional bearings within the pump head, significantly reducing motor strain and enhancing durability during operation.
Our back pull-out design facilitates the removal of the motor while keeping the pump securely connected to the pipework, paving the way for time-efficient servicing and maintenance.
An independent shaft system defines our centrifugal chemical process pump, necessitating only pump shaft replacement in case of breakage—a stark contrast to less robust market alternatives that require entire motor replacement upon similar issues.
The long-coupled layout strategically places ample space between pump and motor, safeguarding the motor against fluid ingress during seal failures, thus enhancing longevity and reliability.

Renowned Brand Bearings: Our centrifugal and chemical pumps feature the acclaimed bearings known for their robustness and longevity. These components promise an extended service life, even under the most rigorous conditions.
Precision in Axial Thrust Balance: Our impeller design incorporates wear rings both in the front and rear, complemented by a balance hole on the back shroud. For pumps with minimal axial thrust, these features are streamlined, omitting the rear wear ring and balance hole, ensuring efficiency without compromise.
High-Precision Casting Excellence: Our impellers, crafted with high-precision casting techniques, guarantee superior performance. Available in durable materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, and bronze, these impellers stand as a testament to our commitment to quality.
Two Distinctive Seal Fluid Groups:
1) "Flush" Method: This involves injecting a clean, cool liquid into the seal chamber, optimizing the operational environment. An additional, smaller port, usually positioned downward, is provided for leakage monitoring and ventilation.
2) "Barrier or Buffer" for Dual Seals: This approach feeds a secondary fluid between two sets of mechanical seals, preventing ambient air interaction with the pumped medium. This not only enhances seal cooling but also bolsters safety and reliability.
Notably, many mechanical seals function efficiently without the necessity for specialized external flush systems.
Sophisticated Flexible Couplings
Versatile and Durable: Flexible couplings offer the advantage of accommodating slight movements like vibrations and thermal expansion, making them ideal for scenarios with unavoidable misalignment between drive and pump shafts. Their vibration absorption capability also reduces operational noise. Though their design is intricate and costlier than rigid couplings, the long-term savings in maintenance, by safeguarding shafts and bearings, justify the investment.
Standardized Excellence: Our Semhai API standard chemical pumps integrate API 671 Standard Disc Couplings, ensuring stellar performance.
Enhanced Operation: Featuring lower reaction loads and superior balancing quality compared to conventional couplings, our design amplifies pump power transmission efficiency and effectiveness.
