With a pioneering impeller design and a state-of-the-art mechanical seal, this pump effectively transports liquids containing solids and extended fibers. Unlike conventional impellers, it employs a single or dual flow-path form, akin to a finely engineered elbow, offering superior flow-through performance. Further enhanced by a well-designed turbine room and dynamic-static balance-tested impeller, it ensures stable and reliable operation. The impeller, a key component of a centrifugal pump, is pivotal for its performance. As liquid enters the center of the rotating impeller, it's propelled by the vanes, increasing its velocity, and is discharged through centrifugal force into the diffuser casing. The standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), a pump adaptor/guide hook, lifting chains, shackles, and an upper rail positioning bracket. Depending on the model, pumps are guided by one or two rails to their precise seating location, ensuring a positive seal or easy removal.
