Featuring a unique impeller design and an advanced mechanical seal, this pump effectively handles liquids containing solids and long fibers. The impeller mimics an elbow with a single or dual flow-path design, allowing for superior flow-through performance. Coupled with a well-designed turbine room and rigorous dynamic and static balancing tests, this pump operates with exceptional stability and reliability. Its advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and versatile structures and installation modes simplify pump station management and reduce investment costs.

At the heart of a centrifugal pump lies the impeller, a rotating marvel that accelerates liquid to higher velocities using its vanes, discharging it via centrifugal force. The casing's collection chamber then transforms much of this Kinetic Energy into Head or Pressure. The performance and efficiency of the pump largely rest on the impeller's design, with various adaptations crafted to suit distinct applications.

Our submersible sewage pump impellers are available in several configurations to meet diverse needs: vortex type, semi-open channel type, non-clog closed type, and non-clog impeller with cutter type.

Equipped with a robust copper electric motor and UL waterproof armored cable, our submersible sewage pump is engineered to deliver a consistent and stable power supply, ensuring high flow rates and reliable operation.

The auto coupling set, also known as a guide rail set/system, is an essential feature that facilitates the effortless lifting or lowering of the pump within a sump or chamber for maintenance or cleaning. This system negates the need for disconnecting fittings, fixings, or pipe work. A standard kit includes a base ('duckfoot' or 'pedestal'), a pump adaptor/guide hook, and an upper rail positioning bracket, complete with lifting chains and shackles. Depending on the selected model, the pump is guided by one or two rails to its seating location, ensuring a positive seal and enabling easy removal.
